Does any one have any websites like this for OHIO? I hardly ever post on this site because I fear it will come back to bite me. WC has made me parinoid, but I read the posts everyday and the information I read is wonderful. I'd like to post so I could get to know you all but after a year of dealing with WC and the MCO and my work this whole system has made me peronoid. If employers ran their businesses and treated their customers the way they all treat injured workers they would go out of business. The thing is I never know where to place my anger, frustration or dismay. Should I be angry with BWC? Should I be frustrated with the MCO? Should I be dismayed with my employer? I realize everyone is just doing their jobs but meanwhile nearly a year after the accident I'm still here hurting with nothing being done to try and fix me. Yet since the truck ran me over I now have Post Tramatic Stress Syndrome and Major depression disorder added to my claim. I'm getting more symptoms and no remedies. If anyone is from OHIO I'd like to talk with you and see how things are going for you. I rarely ever see anyone from OHIO post. Where can I find impairment ratings? Why do all the psychological exam questions ask about working in a florist or with flowers? I don't understand that. The MCO no longer agrees to pay for the medications I take for pain so I pay for them via my health insurance and co-pays but with little money coming in hundred dollars plus a month now is a lot of money yet I can't function without the meds. I have herniated discs in my neck and lower back I have a brain injury and other less complicated injuries. Suffering in OHIO for over a year now. Sad, depressed and disheartened. Thank you for all your help.

WorriedinColorado Wrote:O.K. Getting worried again! We have called and e-mailed around 10 lawyers, none of whom will call back to even discuss his wrist case! Is there something else we should be doing/saying? I do understand they are busy, and I am impatient, but... Do we actually have to have an Impairment Rating and settlement offer first before we call one? The IR appt. is this Wed. Any advice about how long the whole situation  took for you guys? Congrats to all that are finally seeing things happen, and good luck to everyone who is just getting started!
