RE: Received approval letter from W/C ?????
Hi,
How about a short explaination of what it said, without going into too much detail? IMO...anytime WC has the word "approval" it is good news. Lilly

RE: Received approval letter from W/C ?????
The letter states the agreement of settlement is approved. I guess the confusing part is when I call my Laywer they keep telling me they have to fax information to their adjuster. I'm thinking they must haven't realized I received the letter from wc. I received the letter 9/12/08, how long after receiving the approval letter does the check come?

If all goes well, I do not see why you would not get that before Oct. 12th. I did not have a lawyer so I got mine before the 30 days. If you have a lawyer, I do not know what happens when they receive the check , and then give you your share. I am sure the lawyer would be probably paid first.
