Sparkey..at this point in my case it's not even a matter of winning. IF the IRE comes in with a low % it will be appealled because there are so many body parts. I understand in PA NO ONE sees even near a 50% so I am prepared for that. I believe IF appealed I would win because of the circumstances. It's not really an issue because no matter how high or low the rating is it has nothing to do with $$$$ . It will not cut my check down or have anything to do with my settlement amount. ALl it does is starts a clock ticking in that I have 500 weeks to collect WC checks. Now that is PA. My claim is worth a certain amount of $$$$ and no matter what that won't change. Thank you for the prayer sand please keep them coming. It is really rough trying to take care of hubby, worrying about what is wrong at this point with him and trying to get well and keep going myself.

DEB>>>>>>>OMG! I can't take much more of the incompetants on the phone. I can't tell you how many times I have had to tell someone in a DR.s office, an MRI facility, medical billing, etc just how todo their job. They thank me alright BUT with my life now I need people to step up to the plate and do thier own job as I always did. I called my PCP's office to make an appt. for fasting blood and a flu shot. She tells me January. WHAT? All because I need an early appt. since I am a diabetic. I called back the next day got someone else and now have an 8:30 on Friday for blood, flu shot and was able to add a yealry gyn on at the same time. It aggravates me because I had to work my butt off to get paid and keep my job and now alot of what I see are people doing nothing and getting paid for it. Keep the prayers coming and thank you. I feel stronger again and know God will see us both through this and we will come out ahead. I can feel it.

So sorry you are having to deal with all this. Yes, your plate runneth over. I am somewhat like you....I am a cajun and I also talk with my hands....lol. You continue to hang in there and don't allow them to get the best of you. We all know how tiring their games can be but we cannot allow them to defeat us. We may be injured but mentally we are strong and can fight this battle. Know that you and your husband are in my prayers. Keep us posted my friend. God bless you and your husband.

Red, Vickie and Snowbear....Thanks my friends. I will update soon. Right now I am just tired, frustrated and worried about him. He is in so much pain we both just cry alot. It'll be fine we know. Just gonna take some time and we'll both be stronger because of all of this.
