Hernia, HHHMMMM????, as it was stated. It can be very tricky. All I can say is what I would do. I would file a claim. One thing that needs to be kept in mind is that there is a clock ticking. Also as mentioned before, If his state was known some specific info. could be given.
8-05, Micro laminectomy/disectomy. 10-05 lumbar fusion L5-S1. 2-07 exploritory surgery. 12-07 medical implant, Spinal Cord Stimulator. now receiving SSDI. Jesus died for our sins. Soilders died for our freedom. |

I Agree with the Folks Above, Lawyer Up, and File the w/c Claim! If Your Brother doesn't Protect His Rights as an Injured Worker, No One Else Will! Give Him My Best!!
Failed Back Surgery, Chronic Pain, Totally Disabled. Knowledge is Power, Especially in the World of w/c. Learn as Much as You can about Your States w/c Laws, and don't Fight Battles alone, They Use Attorney's, and so Should You!! |
