I Surely wouldn't even Consider Settling until All has been Done for You Medically, even if they Say they Will Leave Medical Open. And My Opinion Only, the Settlement Amount seems Very Low to Me for what You have gone through,and the Path You have Ahead! My Very Best to You, and Please Keep Us Updated! And by the Way, 58 Cents per Mile seems to be the Norm, I have to go for an IME Tomorrow, and I'm making them Drive Me, for it's Over an Hour Away, and I'm not Putting Wear and Tear on My Car because they want to try and Lower or take My Benefits away for Me. I have Proven My Burden in a 2 Year Battle, and they are trying again to either Modify or Take My Benefits away, and I will only do what is Legally My Duty!!
