Had hearing this morning
In case anyone is interested on how things are on my end...here's my update. Had my hearing this morning...very informal. We pointed out the numerous discrepencies on the IME Doctor's report, explained the type of work that I do and the type of tools that I have to use. Explained how many hours a day/week I work. It was pretty simple. The other side had no questions to ask and only really had the IME Doc's report to present for evidence of it not being work-related. My attorney thought it ridiculous about the comment in the report about history of obesity being a known cause for carpal tunnel when I mentioned losing weight at work as I am height/weight proportionate. The hearing officer said we will know the outcome next week. Tomorrow I am going in for surgery on left wrist...carpal tunnel release finally!!! I can hardly wait. Doctor says I should notice the results immediately...am so sick and tired of hands burning and hurting all the time. Anyone have any idea as to how long after surgery will they be able to do my right hand?

Life is what happens to you while you're busy making other plans.

Could be done as soon as 2 weeks later, in some cases, as long as you heal well.

Wishing you the best for a successful surgery and full, speedy recovery. Also much luck with the results of your hearing. Some issues that are used and allowed in the WC system are just ridiculous.
