Fall Garden
After reading Jayne's thread on winter garden I decided to go to the local nursery and talk to them about planting a garden.

They suggested a fall garden as it is still warm in most areas and most items have 30-40 day growing period.

I planted mine and now have a container garden of; lettuce, cabbage, and cauliflower. My pepper plant and tomato plant from this summer are still producing.

This summer I planted a container garden on my deck and it helped me emotionally after surgery keeping me busy and giving me something to do.

RE: Fall Garden
Jayne, I just planted my fall garden a couple of week ago and it is doing great.
I have new peppers growing on my pepper plant from this summer.

I also have a tomato plant that refuses to die, been hit by hail twice shredding the tomatoes on it, and it came back.
