Helpful Information
For those who don't know, TamaraShadow is a WC lawyer and offered a wealth of information regarding the in's and out's of Workers' Comp.  Her archived posts were lost when the server at Brain Talk crashed.  Some of her posts are now being re-posted, thanks to Sunkiss, who had fortunately SAVED TamaraShadow's posts to her own computer!

RE: Helpful Information
Thank you Wink! This information is great. Does Tamara still post somewhere?

Question? I'm confused (surprise!) When I was asking for a discussion forum for "depression" I think it was you who told me to go to BrainTalk. Is BrainHastyPasty the same site? For some reason I ended up on NeuroTalk thinking I was on BrainTalk????? I'm lost and can't find where I posted! Ha!

Let Go, and Let God......

RE: Helpful Information
Chris~
Her username is now tshadow and rarely posts about Workers' Comp anymore due to her illness with neuro TOS and RSD.  I think she's bedridden most of the time lately, but does post on the TOS forum at BrainTalk, occassionally.  This offers some explanation:  http://brain.hastypastry.net/forums/sear...hid=114103NOTE:  Updated.  This link NOW works.

Yeah, I know that you're listed under a different username on BrainTalk and I think either Pooh or I may have recommended that site to you.  Most members from BrainTalk moved over to NeuroCentral when Braintalk crashed last year, but BrainTalk has been recovering since its comeback.

Anyway, both sites are nearly identical as far as content and discuss depression, etc.

RE: Helpful Information
Tamara has had lots of problems with her rsd over the past year - but her info on wc help is very valuable from the user side.

I don't think she was an attorney, but paralegal. She is awesome. She had to fight WC all the way for her own case as well.

Pooh, yes, she was a Workers' Comp attorney.  I had a few Private Messages with her.  And although she was and is proactive in her own case, she had the smarts to hire her another attorney to manage her complicated case.

RE: Helpful Information
couldn't thank sunkiss enough for posting so much info. although a lot of it is for Calif., it still has a lot of good points about the who, what, wheres and how bad you can get screwed if you don't have the right info, (like what is given at some other sites....) this site and BrainTalk has been the best i have encountered so far.
