;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone.You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life,you have come out ahead of the game.....

I have gained 35 lbs since my injury. I would love to be able to workout, but I just cant. I try walking, but I get about 1000 feet or so down the road and have to call the wife to come get me because I am in so much pain I can't move.
Throw in the fact that I only have one hand that still works properly and it makes things difficult. As far as diets go, its hard to diet when you're depressed and angry and your only real outlet is food. |
