RE: PRISON and Child Support payments?
I'm not an Expert Born, but I believe if He's in for 20, Your Ex is receiving Nothing. She May be able to get Some Assistance from the States Welfare System, but I don't believe the State is going to Pay the Man's Child Support just because he's in Prison. I Hope this Helped, and Have a Good One!Wink

RE: PRISON and Child Support payments?
I also would probably say the State will pay her something. My daughters boyfriend has been reported for not paying child support and until they decide to catch up with him after all the information she has given them to find him, they pay her money per month. Once he is caught, they will take it from him and pay her monthly out of the money he pays.
