BB, thank you so much for taking the time to tell me how you got hurt. It truely shows how long you have been in this system and what you have learned ,and the courage you have to fight to get what you rightly deserve.

You are a inspiration to all that are here reading on this site. You have helped many people and I also have learned so much from your posts. I know I did not listen when you said get a lawyer, and possibly that is where I went wrong. I did although get 10% impairment award which I do think is fair and my medical still being paid. They only thing the IC won was not paying for my meds. and lowered my rating, but at least I did not walk out dry.

Now if I did not work anymore because of my injury, I think things may have been different. My injury took me to a new job paying almost 8 dollars more an hour with hubby and it may not be what I like, but what I can deal with. I guess what I am saying is, you have to be happy with what they give for a award/settlement. I do not know if someday the IC may contact me to settle my claim. If they do, I would definitly come back here looking for you and everyone else's help. I wish you luck as you deserve it. Please keep us updated.


PS. Did you ever think to be a adjuster or lawyer? I say this because I think you have learned so much from this system over the years, that you could become one easily...: )

BBBB, I am very happy for you. You have been very patient through your entire W/C situation so I am crossing my fingers while wishing you everything you are fighting for.
