Depression treatment denied

[Still in Limbo]

As Most of You already know, I Beat the Employer and the i/c in My First Round of Fights, which took 2 Years, and I am Sure to Beat them on the Current Appeal that is in the Judges Hands. So they are Sending Me for another IME In Sept., and not to the Original IME Dr., because He was Found not Credible. Now the Judge has said in Their Ruling that I can't even Work 4 Hours per Day, 5 Days per Week, so We are Hoping that this IME Dr. goes through the Roof with Inconsistencies, so We can Woop Him Good if We Litigate Again!! The Better and More Healed He Says I am the Better, because My Medical Evidence and Current PM Dr. have Proven already without a Shadow of a Doubt of My Injuries and their Severity. So I am actually Looking Forward to this Next Round, it's Now THEIR Burden of Proof, and not Mine!! This should Be A Ton of Fun!!
