Jayne,

Congratulations on getting WC out of your life.  I am happy that you are happy!  I am waiting on a partial settlement which will keep my medical open for life unless down the road I decide to settle that part.  Although not looking at doing that due to the fear of future problems and I want them to pay for my future medical.  With all of what I have had in the past 8 years and continuing problems, I don't feel they can put a dollar amount on future medical and it would be a low ball figure anyway. Believe me, WC has paid out mega bucks in the past 8 yearson medical for me.  Bunch of jerks!

Jayne...this is great news. I am so very happy for you. When is your trip to Disney Land or World with the kids? Soon...I wished that I lived on that route because I would invite you all here to stay a night or two on your way or back home with me...best wishes....

Jayne, so good to hear WOW you are FREE! now to relax and I bet you have some relief from stress they cause us all.

I do have to agree about it would be so much cheaper to do the right test on us, and fix us so we can go back to work....

Jayne...Congratulations! What a huge stress relief for you, just to know you can move forward with your life. To treat your injuries as you wish...with no BS. I do personally feel the stress and waiting causes more harm to the injuried worker. I am so HAPPY for you and your family to be able to move forward. I know it doesn't make what happened to you, the permanant damages to your body go away...but at least it is know YOUR LIFE. GO AND ENJOY IT!

We are more HAPPY to know you are NOT leaving us. YOU are just so much of what makes this place so nice to come to. It wouldn't be the same without Jayne. So when is the big trip?

right now we are waiting to get the check(isnt it the way always waiting on a check from WC) my lawyer wouldnt even make a date to go before the judge without check in hand.......(my lawyer was worth every penny I paid him) now we must wait up to ten days for it to clear..... we are planning a family get together for july 3 my Daddys 95th birthday! with BBQ dinner and fireworks....my kids and grands and my Mom and Dad......we will leave on the 5th or 6th to head to colorado to see sithie,mesa verde and for my 7 year old son to dig dinosaur bones(sigh) I hope sithies honey can go and dig with my honey and son so I can stay in AC comfort while older daughter checks out Indian ruins......we then hope to go up to Reno to go to harrahs and get 2 one dollar chips then to the redwood forest to show the children another of Gods wonders down to sacramento to put the chips on honeys parents graves (they loved reno and went 3 times a year to pay their dues) then down the coastal hwy so kids can visit ocean then to my sons and monster.then over to calico ghost town then home to oklahoma.......disney world will wait till november and cooler weather.........
We also sold our store last month so we have no ties to hold us down we can up and go when we please.........
The stress leval has eased and the relief is awesome
