do you have a lawyer?

;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone. You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life, you have come out ahead of the game.....Smile

RE: system broke
Hi Fallen...Hopefully Tim will come along and give you help. In the meantime the one thing I can tell you is that you've been told right about pre-certing anything in PA. I have been turned down by more Dr.s and PT facilities because they're clled the adgjuster and she gives them all a different line. No I don't have claim, now my shoulder isn't involved, treat her if you want and maybe we'll pay the bill, etc. From what my attorney tells me this is OK as long as they DO pay the bills they can say whatever they want over the phone. I have been denied alot of treatment because of this. And the WC system wants IW to get well as quickly as possible and return to work. NO! way.

In the end it doesn't matter how many years were in your life but how much life was in your years.
