WHAT ARE ALL YOUR OPINIONS ON THIS DUMB A$% , TO DISREGARD ALL OF THE WARNING AND TO TRAVEL ANY WAY AND ENDANGER THE HEALTH OF 100'S....JUST BECAUSE HE WANTED TO GET MARRIED OR DID NOT WANT TO POSTPONE IT,PRETTY SELFISH IF YOU ASK ME...I SMELL A LAW SUIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!AND ON TOP OF ALL THAT,HE'S A PERSONAL INJURY LAWYER AND HIS DAD WORKS FOR THE CDC....I'LL SAY IT AGAIN...DUMB A#$

My life right now is morning awake up ,goto work ,try to stay outta pain , comehome take nap till 6-7 then back to sleep by 10-11
so I have no life rofl

Personally I think there is something real questionable about this. His new father in law is a Dr. specializing in TB. Hmmm suspecious to me.

BASICALLY THIS GUY,AGAINST THE RECOMENDATIONS OF HIS DOCTORS,FLEW TO EUROPE KNOWING HE HAD TB BUT DID NOT WANT TO POSTPONE HIS WEDDING AND HONEYMOON...WELL COME TO FIND OUT THAT HE HAS A TYPE OF TB THAT DOES NOT RESPOND TO DRUGS AND WAS INFORMED THAT WHILE HE WAS IN ITALY,I THINK IT WAS,AND WAS TOLD TO GO TO THE NEAREST HOSPITAL THERE AND CHECK HIS SELF IN.....THIS IS WHERE IT GETS EVEN WORST....HE FEARS THAT HE WILL NOT RECIEVE PROPER TREATMENT IN ITALY AND IS ALSO PUT ON THE NO FLY LIST, HE/THEY JUMP A FLIGHT TO ANOTHER COUNTRY THAT I DON'T REMEMBER RIGHT NOW AND DON'T KNOW HOW THEY WERE ALLOWED TO EVEN FLY, AND THEN TO CANADA WHERE THEY RENT A CAR AND DRIVE TO NEW YORK...CROSSING THROUGH BORDER PATROL....EVEN A BIGGER DUMB A$%,BECAUSE THEY WERE TOLD TO RETAIN THEM WHEN THEY ARRIVED........THEN CDC PICKED THEM UP IN N.Y. AND FLEW THEM HERE TO GA.AND THEN FINALLY TO DENVER WHERE THEY HAVE A SPECIAL UNIT TO HANDLE TB CASES LIKE THIS,ALL AT TAX PAYERS EXPENSE,I'M SURE........MY QUESTION IS .....THEY SAY HE DIDN'T BREAK ANY LAWS...WHAT?????....IF A TERRORIST CAME INTO THE COUNTRY WITH A DIRTY BOMB, HE/SHE WOULD BE ....WELL YOU KNOW!!!!!!!!!!!ALL BECAUSE HE DIDN'T WANT TO DELAY HIS SELFISH WISHES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I SAY LET HIM PAY FOR ALL THIS STUFF LIKE THE RUNAWAY BRIDE AND THEN PUT HIM IN JAIL FOR AWHILE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow I just watched this on the news

ok if you make a pipe bomb its terriorist act and major fines
but someone that could kill who knows how many ppl ...doesnt have any laws broken

and in his prefession too .. oo come on he knew that it wasnt good
internet doesnt tell you that or doctors didnt say woah ...you stay here..
I bet there is alot more to the story ..
think about this if It was white power what happens anymore ... why is he given any special treatment lol
who is his daddy some big wig ?

YEH,HIS DADDY WORKS AT THE CDC IN CHARGE OF THE, GET THIS,TB UNIT THAT SPECIALIZES IN THAT DISEASE...AND I'M SURE THEY HAVE MONEY,AFTER ALL HE WAS GETTING MARRIED IN ITALY...WHO CAN AFFORD THAT!!!!!!!!!!

JMO......This is a disgrace and he should be held accountable for his actions no matter WHO HE IS. I personally am losing all respect for our judicial system. These are stories that were in my local paper in the past week. Please tell me I'm not nuts but the punichments don't meet the crimes anymore.

1) Bartender serves under age girl, who he knows is underage, serves her anyway all night. He knows she is intoxicated and she is driving. She leaves the bar , wraps her car around a pole and dies instantly. She is 19. He gets 15 weekends in the county prison. I know where her responsibility was in drinking underage and driving but JMO once a person is intoxicated they lose all reasoning.

2) College student gets pregnant. Hides the fact for 9 months from all friends and family. Delivers the baby ( healthy and alive little boy) in her mother's bathroom on New Year's day. Immedicately within seconds of giving birth suffocates the baby, puts him in her gym bag and leaves the body in her Mother's trunk and then sits donw and has dinner with her family. Grandfather is a multi-millionaire. A month later this is discovered. Grandfather immediately calls his attorney and it is kept out of the news, grandaughter doesn't have charges on her until 5 months later. Defense is saying young girls have a condition that makes them hide thier pregnancy. Yes the condition is fear of losing your tuition to continue your education, not wanting to be burdened with a baby, being a spoiled brat and not wanting yourlife to change. I believe in post-partum depression but believe she had this planned. 2 seconds after giving birth???????? She is guilty of murder. Plain and simple. I don't care how much $$$$$$$$$ grandfather has. The law states that you can leave a baby at any hospital with no questions asked. WHY????????????? did she do this?

3) 40 year old man has to give a depo under oath. This is 5 years after the event. He has now forgotten most of the relevance in the case. Through the depo doesn't lie but cahnges his version of events and clearly states several times that he is really confused years later, has suffered alot of traumas in the 5 years and really cannot recall exact times and dates. He is badgerd by the other attorney to take a guess. He does. The guy works 3 jobs, has a wife of 15 years, 2 kids, has lived in the same home for 15 years and is a model citizen. He is sentenced to 8 months in the county prison with 3 years parole. ?????????????

How can this happen? Am I crazy or if 15 weekends for causing a death and 8 months for supposedly telling a lie even comparable in any way. I just had to vent this as it's really stuck in my mind.

HI EVERYONE , YOU ARE ABSOLUTLY RIGHT IN MY OPINION,THE PUNISHMENT DOES NOT FIT THE CRIME,AND BELIEVE ME I HAVE SOME STORIES I COULD TELL AS MY WIFE WORKS FOR A LOCAL PUBLIC DEFENDERS OFFICE !!!!!!!!I DON'T THINK A DAY GOES BY WHERE SOME ONE ISN'T SHOT, ROBBED,CARJACKED,OR WORSE HERE IN GA.NOT TO SAY IT'S A BAD PLACE TO LIVE,BUT THE CITY CAN GET PRETTY ROUGH AFTER DARK....I'M SURE THAT IF THIS GUY WITH TB ENDS UP NOT INFECTING 100'S THAT IT WILL ALL JUST GO AWAY LIKE IT NEVER HAPPENED!!!!!!!!!!
