It is that bad, its very stressful. I like and enjoyed my job prior to all of this happening. Finding another job that pays the bills is easier said than done.

I shouldnt have to find another job, my current employer should provide a safe and sanitary working environment for us. I dont think that its fair to me or anyone else to have suffered this long and there be no recourse of any kind. At the very least they should fix the problem.
