RE: Gift from the Castle
Jayne, This was already made by the Amish, But making salsa is very easy and there are many recipes for Peach Salsa , Raspberry is one of my favorites but this peach was great.... Just go on the web and look for Peach Salsa........ I use pint jars and it is great with chicken, or Pork chops. you can make it mild or spicey and it is great as a dip. If you want to try a really good Raspberry salsa try this site, I just ordered 5 jars from them... http://WWW.Galenacanning.com

RE: Gift from the Castle
I would love a receipe also for peach salsa. I have so many peaches right now. The women across the street brought me an entire bushel yesterday...in a large basket. I can pick it up of course she her husband brought it over from across the street in his van and then he and Del brought it in. I don't have any more canning jars so I am going to have to go buy some tomorrow to do something with them. Perfect timing since my daughter from Oregon is coming and she loves peaches made without sugar like I use to make them. So I guess I will be busy tommorrow. I am going to try to find a peach salsa receipe to make also. I have plenty now. Thanks for the idea.... love Red
