Going back to work next week

RE: Going back to work next week
AQA: I make my appts late in the day because I start work at 7:30 a.m. and drs. don't start until 9:00 a.m. or later, except for P/T. P/T takes 1 1/2 hrs. and is a 1 hr drive round trip; and all my other docs are close to 2 hrs. round trip. I miss less work if I take their last appt. of the day; but then I get home later. Ugh!

Everyone else: Thank you for the well wishes. I am very anxious right now. I already know the work environment is a good one, so that is not a problem. My biggest concern is my hands failing me and getting frustrated. I'm only allowed to use my hands 10 mins. out of every 30 mins. for typing or writing; so I will have to talk a lot and give verbal directions.

I'll keep you all posted. au revoir Tongue Sad

Let Go, and Let God......

Chris,

Glad that things are starting to turn around for you. Just take it easy when you start and don't try to do more than you can to begin with. Let us know how things are going. I will be keeping you in my prayers.

RE: Going back to work next week
Way to go Chris, as everyone has said, your in our prayers. Take it easy and remember if you need to take a quick break if you get overwhemed, you can always go to the restroom and wash your face and regroup. This may help you, I have done it in the past when I became anxious or felt overwhelmed. I wish you the best. I'm proud of you.
Love
Vickie

CC...I am so happy for you. Take care of yourself, and stay with in your restrictions. Don't stay gone permanently, we will miss you. Love Red

RE: Going back to work next week
I wish you luck also CC. This will help your alot to go back to work and feel great doing it. Believe it or not, just hearing an alarm clock again and having someplace to go to make money is a good thing.

Just remember like Viki and the rest said. Do not overdo it!!! I have hand problems as you know, and hubby works with me. Which makes it easier for me to take breaks as he pretty much is watching over me to make sure I do. I go home for lunch ( 1 hour ) and use my tens unit when it gets really bad.

Take it easy, and keep in touch.
