RE: shoulder people
![]() Oh Pooh...what a nightmare. I am so hoping you can get some relief without surgery. Your shoulders are so much worse than mine. you are right about the enck and shoulder. I have pulled every muscle upper body because of the pain. They know this is a WC claim but for over a year now my personal health insurance is paying for everything. Pooh until you have your MRI which is think is necessary at this point to see what's changed and going on can your PT stick to massage, stim, heat and ice? Very subtle PT that might at least help to settle the muscle spasms down? traction by hand also helped me. It was done very gently. Really helped the spasms on the sides of my neck. Wishing you the best with the ortho and MRI. I hope you get answers. I am starting another post because I want to make sure you see it. PT called me yesterday and I am fuming. ![]() CAP God is never late. In the end it doesn't matter how many years were in your life but how much life was in your years. |

RE: shoulder people
Cap
Basically until I go back to the ortho - PT isn't increasing or doing anything different at this time - she says not getting enough improvement to move foreward or even increase therabands.  Driller thinks I may have a torn rotator cuff after all this time but because of the fact that I have kept my arms moving through the pain - then I may be one of the few that can still move my shoulders with a torn cuff.  So until they do a MRI with contrast they won't know. can't wait to hear what PT had to say to you - |
