chiropractor has bin dropped
ny here bin going to chiropractor for 10 years. at the comp court it was brought to my attention that he filled out the c4 form wrong said i could work while other 2 doctors said no. uestion is do i have to notify anyone that i have stopped going to the chiropractor for now i am going to pain management doc,,im in ny any help thnks
