RE: Rehab CRCC Ethics code revised
Red CRCC headquarters and Regulations is based in Illinois. It's code of ethics and Preamble are for all States.

It was once asked if anyone knew the code of Ethic's for a Rehab / Work Rehab / and Voc Rehab person to follow. I seen the need to post this, since it has been revised.

RE: Rehab CRCC Ethics code revised
BB I wasn't questioning your post, and I believe it will be very helpful. Just a bit confused about Illinosis. I have been certified in rehab as a RN in PA, and we had our own standards of care and standards of eithics that we based our practice on. These standards of course referenced the national standards and the Nursing standards as well as long term care department of health Federal and State. Teh state will have its own standards and reference the federal. It can have more requirements than the feds, just not less and must encompass all that the feds regualtions dictate.

This is about Vocational Rehab/counseling and is very insteresting especially for anyone going through this process. {I believe it was copchick that was looking for this information (I could very well be wrong about the person)}.

RE: Rehab CRCC Ethics code revised
I understand Red on the State issue. As every State will be different to some extent. I didn't know who it was looking for this information. But since the revision came out, I thought I would post it. Maybe someday to use as a refference.

I had called these people before about a year or two ago. They told me, any and all complaints throughout the States, make it to their office in Illinois. They told me they handle Licensing of the CRCC people. Made me to think they are the Regulator's. But, hey, who knows, they could of miss lead me too.
