well hello all.kinda mad this morning i usually keep my personal life to my self but here goes.my sister in law is dating the guy next door well they get in a fight so soforth.well this man that i have done ten times more for than he has ever done for me was kicking the crap out of me to her.ok now i have been drinking alot lately to much really and i can admit to it,but this guy is saying that im a bad person so so so.well as they say dont bit the hand that feeds you.i have invited this man in to my home made dinner many, many times and he has the balls to say that she is leaving my nieces in bad hands, because of me.well im here to tell you i have never and will never do anything to hurt those girls to say something like that is just wrong.you go out of ur way to be nice and do things for people and they stab you.he cut his own throat on this one.im the type of person that does more for others than i get i return and this is how he treats me?wrong he loses and he should of kept his thoughts about me to him self all because i have been drinking.sorry all but to hear this at 6:30 in the morning is not a good wake up call.sorry again and thx for ur ears.hurt

RE: dont judge the book by its cover
Morning hurt....It's so very hard to be misjudged especially when you have been good to someone. I always feel that God knows what I do and He also knows what the other guy does. Because of people like this I tend to stay to myself. Sometimes jealousy brings out these traits in others. Nice people make not so nice people feel very bad about themselves and instead of cleaning up their own act they try to damage the other guy. That being said, I will tell you that (and these are your own words) over drinking, depending on the way you act is alot of times perceived as being a bad person. This IS NOT my opinion but I have seen many heavy drinkers be wrongly judged. They are hard workers and some of the most giving people I know. It also sounds as if this guy has nothing better to do but talk about someone and obviously someone he knows little about. I hope you're able to put this behind you. What does your sister-in-law have to say about it?

I understand Hurt. It really hurts to be treated like this. Sometimes it's better to not know what someone is saying behind your back. Stick to being you. You are a wonderful person, Kind and giving and try not to let the AS&^%)(* bother you.

Hurt, We are Here to Help and Listen, that's what We do Here!! But the only Caution I will give You and I'm Speaking from Experience, I was a Fifth of Sky Vodka a Day Guy, and I will tell You that Alcohol may seem to Help with Problems, but You know Deep Down that it only Intensifies them!! I learned the Hard Way, I usually don't Speak to Often of My Life before My Injury, but I knew it was Time to Quit when I had Lost My Family, and My Best Friend found Me in a Motel and I had a .38 on the nightstand! One More Hour and it would have been too Late, I would have been gone!! You do what You need to do to feel Good about Yourself, and don't worry how others Judge You! They don't Walk in Your Shoes!! But as a Friend and a Man that Fights the Urge to Drink Everyday, don't let the Bottle Grab You as it had Grabbed Me! If You would like to Talk Further about it, Please PM Me, I will be Of until this Evening, but I would be Glad to Talk to You about it!! Be Well My Friend!!Wink

hurt...the only thing we can ask from anyone is that they be there to help someone else as someone has helped you. That was a very honorable think to say. I appreciate it more than you can no. I am not and never have been a person to drink alcohol because I saw its dangers too many times in my life. The sting has been gone from my life for over 13 years now, and I am so grateful.

In terms of other people and how they judge you, well... you said it well, "do not judge a book by its cover." The rest of it, is or you may miss the greatest story ever told. I believe that the ladder applies to you. You have been a very remarkable person on this forum so I am not surprised by your last comment. I thank you for this. Keep it cool...because your base personality is cool.... love Red

>>>When someone points one finger at you for your faults they have four fingers pointing back at them.
>>>I am a firm believer in what goes around comes around because of things I have done wrong to others always come back to bite me in the (Jayne's lame attempt to bypass the Bad Word Filter) and it will happen to this guy All you have to do is be there for the show and you will not have to lift a finger to make it happen. It is a lot of entertainment Smile , just be patient Hurt.
