RE: Already fed up...
Injured, the Others above have given You Great Advice, the only thing I would like to Repeat is Please Keep that Dr.'s Appt.No Matter What!! With You not Working against the Current Dr.'s Orders if You Miss this Appt. I Fear Your Case will be Closed for Sure! You may end up a Day Short in Pay from Your Fiance, and I know that will Make the Money even Tighter but that Appt. has to be kept!! It's the Only Shot You have to get Healed, and Possibly Your TTD Payments Back. My Very Best to You, and I Hope You Reconsider that Appt!
Failed Back Surgery, Chronic Pain, Totally Disabled. Knowledge is Power, Especially in the World of w/c. Learn as Much as You can about Your States w/c Laws, and don't Fight Battles alone, They Use Attorney's, and so Should You!! |

RE: Already fed up...
Thank you all for your great advise and moral support. I know that now is not the time to be proud, but I was really hoping not to go on any kind of aid programs. If I have to, I have to. I have also reconsidered the Dr.'s appt. after talking with my lawyer. He told me that there is no way that this can go bad for us, and that if I go it will most likely show the Dr. that I am still having pain if I'm willing to go through this test, even if it doesn't show anything new. I'm not sure why I need it though considering that I've already had an MRI...oh well. He also spoke with the WC IC and has told them that they will need to send money in advance to cover my milege, etc. At my Dr.'s appt. I will also mention the depression. I have a history of situational depression, so maybe that is my problem. I just hate the medications they put you on for it...but I do need something. Thank you all again, it makes me feel better knowing that someone understands where I'm coming from. You are great...TRULY.

RE: Already fed up...
They check the kids iron levels every so often to make sure they are eatting okay. Even if your in levels are good, you qualify for the WIC program at least here in NH. It depends on your income, not your iron. This CBC is drawn ever so often to see how the child is doing, or if the child is lacking any nutrients. A simple fingerstick where they can do this test in the office and get the results right away.
My daughter has been into it for years. I think it has helped her alot.Thank god for state help while going to school full time. carpal tunnel recurrence/ neuropathy / RSD. 1/29/07 injury date. Permanent. PIR settlement 8/4/08 10% |

RE: Already fed up...
I@W ~ Please get that test done! Many of us have fought for years to get less than what you are getting in 2 months. I don't mean that makes what they are doing to you right but at least they are authorizing tests. If you don't go I also am afraid they might close your test. If you need to reschedule I believe that is one thing but don't just cancel.
I pray that things will move quickly and be resolved in a timely manner for you. Hugs, monster Please click the link below to help provide food for homeless animals.
