RE: moving
I moved from the state of injury to a different state because I was not working or drawing anything and at first they paid my mileage for the required appts.(I think just to see if I would come) But then after doing that a time or two (around $300.00) they transferred my Dr's to the state I am in now. Best bet is ask an Atty.

Always believe in yourself. No matter how much some people will make you doubt yourself.

RE: moving
You shouldn't lose anything. Sometimes people just have to move. One thing is to remember is this. Your injured in one State, and move to another. The State you were injured in, is the Rules, and Laws of work comp you must pay attention too now. You can't follow the rules and laws of the new State you moved to. Now the only problem could be is medical fee's being different from one state to the next. So, hopefully you can find a doctor to accept the fee schedule of another state.

RE: moving
temporary disability is based on your medical condition not where you live.
workers comp is not like health insurance; it's the employer's claim and exists as long as your injury is open.
