RE: tell me why?
I do also know that based on an organizations contract and relationship with the Insurance Adjuster bonuses are given for prevention, not to neccessarily turn you all down. However, I do believe that adjustor can get what I call the power syndrome. What this means is that for the first time a person realizes he or she has power over others and in the direction of their life and they do like to show their muscles. people like this are usually very insecure, have a low self esteem..so they play what is called projection...this means..put you down so you are lower than they see themselves. Which how they see themselves due to low self esteem is usually just a delusion, not correct at all...until they start to play the power game..and now others will see them this way, but they believe they have raised their own bar of importance. But who are they important too...themselves only... not the ones that are hurt. That was quit a step off from my message which is prevention...which will equate into $$$$$$$ is why they get bonues. This means that they have went the extra steps to educate in their organizations, they have maintained a good relationships with their organizations, and that they are at the safety meetings that are held by most organizations at least quarterly.

For more information..my husband was the department head of housekeeping / usually maintance in a health care setting when he was hurt. He had a great relations hip with his insurance adjustor however, he was hurt on the first day of new ownership and this new boss..denied his claim and the insurance adjustor that Del had know well denied his claim by letter. So it is what it is..Love Red

Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don’t matter and those who matter don’t mind.
