Doctor choice
I live in Alabama and I wanted a change of doctors. In Alabama you can change only once. The IC sent me a panel of 4 doctors and I chose the one closest to where I live. After I singed the papers to change doctors I was giving a appointment to new doc. Well they were WAY wrong on where the doctor was located. I now have to drive 95 miles one way to see new doc. I called the adjuster and she said tough luck and by law I can't change anymore. Do I have any recourse? Thanks

yes you can use the ombudsman's office to help resolve the dispute
