(((But on the up side my company finnaly agreed to give me my back pay after 8 months no pay. I still have to go to comp court for rest of claim, this money was becouse of a violation in reporting my injury on there part. )))

Did you have a complaint in against the employer? Did they get [penalized] or something?

Why would the employer pay you, and not their work comp IC?

Can you please explain better for many others to view this as a refference they can use someday, thank you.

What it was is in Maine they have 14 days from injury date to report and file to contest the injury. If they dont and are at fault for going over the 14 days they owe 100 % of your back pay for time missed. they can however fight that in court if they please. But if its obviouse in dated paperwork kinda hard to do.
