NC Workman comp issue
I have an attorney but I don't get the answers I need which is frustrating
 . What is a clincher and does the state normally agree with the what the two attorneys agree on or is it less. Does it matter if a clincher is not notarized? How long does it take for NCIC to approve the settlement?Any help will would be appreciated, Cara |
