BAR-B-QUE SEASON IS HERE,WHAT'S ON THE MENU
I KNOW THAT IN MOST PARTS OF THE COUNTRY THAT IT HAS ALREADY STARTED,BUT WITH THE HOLIDAY WEEKEND I'M SURE YOU ARE ALL GOING TO BE COOKING ON THE GRILL AT LEAST ONE DAY,SO WHATS ON THE MENU.......MY WIFE WANTS ME TO SMOKE SOME RIBS, BUT I CAN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO ROLL THEM.....JUST KIDDING I HAVN'T DONE THAT SINCE...NEVER MIND.......I UM ....OH CRAP I STUCK MY FOOT IN MY MOUTH AGAIN........SO, WHAT'S ON THE MENU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Smoke, Hey, I have a outdoor kitchen. I have 3  Smokes, 1 Pit, with indirect heat source, 2 Gas grills, 2 portable charcoal grills, 1 portable propane grill. All the tools, do I need more.

Stand them up, put why roll them?
Take a Chicken, (Whole, season the way you want. Place a can of open beer in side it, and stand it up. Let it cook. yummmmmm When smoking, soak apple and cherry wood, with a little hickory, and apply to coals... Yummmm, meat will have a red color too.... For the BBQ, i want a vodka collins... I like the whiskey sours, but the vodka collins doesn't knock me out quit as fast....Cap..be careful...you may get as high as I am right now...lol

Big juicy Hamburgers, Potatoe Salad, and Chili Beans, homemade Chocolate Ice Cream. Still use an old fashioned Weber Charcoal grill, and a hand crank ice cream freezer. Yummmmmmmmm
