RE: Notice Of Dispute
Yes, listen to hurt at work....you need MRI !
I also had a back strain (as IC called it) and it was a shoulder dislocation and tore up stuff inside. They try to underplay and undertreat injury to save IC money...NOT to necessarily help you!

RE: Notice Of Dispute
I'm not Sure what Your Attorney is telling You to do, but in Most Cases, You Must See the w/c Dr. to Continue Your Weekly Payments, or to see if Your Case is going to be Approved if You are at the Beginning of Your Case! Now in Pa. where I'm from, if after 90 Days You are not Satisfied with the w/c Dr., You can change to a Dr, of Your Choice, as long as they are in the Field Needed. You may want to Double check with Your Attorney on what they Meant!!Wink

Failed Back Surgery, Chronic Pain, Totally Disabled.

Knowledge is Power, Especially in the World of w/c. Learn as Much as You can about Your States w/c Laws, and don't Fight Battles alone, They Use Attorney's, and so Should You!!

RE: Notice Of Dispute
they will pay if the judge of the comp court says so; you'll probably have to wait until after you have a hearing.

RE: Notice Of Dispute
the hearing and work comp rules are different in each state. what goes on depends on your state. without knowing your state we can only generalize.
since the primary dispute is whether your injury and disability are work related you'll probably have to testify as to what happened and what kind of treatment you've received.
