does anyone know does Illinois take it out of you settlement/ I was off 8 months when I got hurt. I was told both ways. Anywhere I can find that information. I got checks from comp while I was off. Just want to know if that will come our of my settlement /thanks smoke

most states TTD and PPD are 2 different funds
