Independent Medical exam after case closed

I Understand that Working in an "At Will" State means they can Use just about any Reason to Terminate You, I Live in One! But I Guarantee You this: If I could get a Copy of their Employee Rules and Regs. Concerning w/c and find the Section that if I Hire and Attorney I have to Quit My Job, You will soon See My Name at the Door of that Business, because it would be Mine!! It's a Constitutional Right in the United States of America that You are entitled Fair and Competent Counsel, if You can get ahold of that Statement Written down by them, You have One He** of a Civil Suit, and the Monies You receive from w/c would be Peanuts Compared to what You would Win with that Suit!!

Don't quit because then you have NO case. If they want you to go to an IME, you have to go. I'll tell you this much, the outcome from the IME evaluation is going to be bad. You have to go anyways.
