Short can you stand, do you have a ball, do you have the straps, or weights, low weight amounts? Don't add other postings, Please.

Then like this >
1. Can move arms
2. can't move legs
3, can't or can bend
4 can lay down, can't lay down

1) can walk and stand
2) Can't move left arm
3) Limited cervical movements
4) Can't lift, push, pull more than 5#
5) Have 2#, 5# and 15 # weights
6) have ball, but can't balance on it
7) can lay down but not flat

1) Can walk, stand ,sit for short periods
2) Lower back pain, left buttock, leg and foot
3) permanent no lifting over 20lbs, no pushing, pulling
4) have ball and step up stool

Can lay down...can't get back up easily.

limited bending, stooping
have exercise ball - no weights and no weight bearing exercises on the arms - i.e. pushups, some of the back exercises - can lay down for short period of times
