Anybody got a Squash update for me? I can still send seeds to anyone who wants them.

Thanks Sweet, that is terrific. Funny, too cause due to my lack of postage, lol, you got yours last.

RE: I am dying of curiousity
Hi sithie...Mine were smashed in the postage. I had some parts of the two kinds left. I may have one come up, however, my husband doesn't think so but I have my fingers crossed. I will take a picture if one comes up. thanks for doing this sithie. Love Red

RE: I am dying of curiousity
Hi Sithie,
My envelope had a hole in it, but I have several seeds to plant. I will have to wait a little while longer to do it. I wanted to have them into the container before surgery and didn't get the soil in time. I'll let you know if I ever get them growing. I hope so, thanks for sending them to me. Take care Vickie |

RE: I am dying of curiousity
My granddaughter was so excited about the seeds that we put them in with her plant and she over watered it. It was soooo drenched. Now there is 2 plants growing very very slow. One is probably the squash because it has a vine I see with it. So it may take another 30 yrs. before it is big enough to transplant into the ground.LOL

RE: I am dying of curiousity
sithie, I planted a few of the crumbled seeds that I recieved in a pot in the house and then put it under a light. I have not seen any thing come up yet. sithie .. we should try this again and everyone could just go and buy their own plants. I am starting a garden inside in about a month. I am hoping to grow under a light with an irrigation system..in hydrophic's (not sure of the spelling) next month when all my boxes are unpacked and Del fixes all the cabinets and faucets that I will need for a in house green house. I am going to raise lettus, strawberries, cucumbers, house plants and squash for now...in terms of house plants I am going to try to go just two plants from seed and then move from there is I do ok. I hope this works ... jayne makes me miss my garden I always had in Oregon, so I got this brainy idea. Lets see what happens....wish me luck....love Red
