I have not been given my case number, went through my paper work and I do not have it.

I agree with you Tuffy, I did talk to a nurse at the hospital this eve and she said the surgery center does not have a department that does EKG’s on an outpatient basis

At least I got my test done and now my attorney can sort things out.

You mean the correspondences you get through the mail, or check stubs from WC or IC does not have the date of injury, your case number , and your claim number on it? How are they keeping track of you for goodness sakes????

It's been over a year since I've received any money from work comp and I do keep all check stubs.

I did check and no numbers on the check stubs.
