I'm not sure about Obama, but wanted to share something.

Obama's grandparents are from the town where I lived and grew up, (I live in the country now).

The house I lived in for 19 years was next door to his grandparent's home. I never meet them as they moved before I lived in this home.

Obama lived in my town for a time in his childhood years and earlier this years he spoke at the college where I worked, afterwards he walked our downtown whille meeting the people of our small town. Before he left he and members of his party ate at a little cafe downtown.

I was unable to attend when he spoke as it was snowing and it would have been dangerous for me to be outside.

I am not happy with anyone who wants to willy nilly just bring the troops home without winning this war....we tucked tail and run with vietnam and it would be a slap in the face of all the young men and women who have gave their all to just run.....Not to mention putting the remaining troops in danger......Obama is a good speaker.....but he hasnt been around long enough to prove to me he can run our country....His record of voting present instead of taking a stand worries me.....I am going to keep an open mind cuz I am not happy about MCcain either but if he gets huckabee as his running mate I will vote R again
