Rolleyes work comp research
I found this site. Service brought to you by,workers compensation.
It sounded very interesting and I need research. But can anyone tell me why it is over $400. to register? Why would this info only be available to those with $$$. Thanks Bernie

RE: work comp research
Bernie, there's a lot of info on the net about WC and you could spend endless days pulling together all the information that you might fnd and easily access at one location. WC Research is a business, just like any other business, and has to have revenue to operate. It's not a non profit organization.

You can also go to a law library and research cases for free.

The forum is free and is provided as a service for injured workers.

Ask any questions you have here. You'd be surprised at how much knowledge you will gain from others, or at least they can point you in the right direction.

Hope that answers your question.

Let Go, and Let God......

RE: work comp research
What kind of research do you need that you can't find for free?

RE: work comp research
Bernie,
WorkCompResearch.com (WCR) is our subscription website, and as Chris indicated, we have a staff of people who gather the data, process it, and build & maintain the systems to make it user friendly and easily available to our subscribers. That takes money. Subscriptions pay the bills.

I should note that, along with advertisers, WCR is helping to keep our free services, like this forum, available for all. On this site, you can access the same laws, rules and forms that we have on WorkCompResearch.com. There is a ton of other free info here as well. WCR does offer additional data and efficiency tools that we do not make available publicly. I think the reason for that would be obvious. I will also note that a couple of our current and former forum members are WCR subscribers, and I have seen them answer questions here with info they found in that system.

In addition to using the wealth of assistance our forum community can provide you, click on "Info By State" at the top of this page. Follow the links to your state and look around. Much of what you need is there, but like any worthy research attempt, it will require some effort on your part.
