NY comp payments question
Hi all, New here. Does anybody know if you can get an increase in the amount of weekly comp you are receiving. I believe in NY they have increased the minimum amount. My attorneys have been fired. I have been receiving the same amount for 6 years and would like at least cost of living increase!! LOL

if you was hurt before 7/1/07 the most you can get is 400wk. i'm in ny and from my personal experience if anything your money would decrease.
