FOOD FOR PA TRIP
OK I better get moving on this or we won't be eating during the visit.
So far this is the way it is. If anyone needs to change a meal please tell me.

June 24th arrival day
Red and Del evening meal

June 25th
Breakfast
Hubby and I

lunch
Vicki

supper
Jayne and hubby

June 26th
Breakfast
Still and wife

lunch
?
I think we had planned on leaving on the 26th in the afternoon didn't we?????

Tuffy and the girls are bringing snacks for inbetween meals. We can all bring the beverage of choice. I am flexible so if someone wants the breakfast I planned I will take whatever meal is left.
If anyone wants to add anything please write it down so we know......Anyone who planned on bringing food we need 1 lunch if you can tell me who will be bringing it I will mark it down. I can't wait..........
Red is going to add an activity thread please answer it if you want to paint etc. since she is doing us a big favor by teaching us and she must make sure she brings the right supplies. I will ask her how much the supplies are going to cost so all of us who are painting can pay her. Don't forget the prize swap. If you can't make anything perhaps you can bring a craft someone else has made from your home town. And last but not least everybody has to bring me a rock for the future rock garden at the Castle.

GOD BLESS OUR COUNTRY AND OUR PRESIDENT!

RE: FOOD FOR PA TRIP
I could use a recount on everyone coming so I can make sure of where everyone will sleep. I know where most of you will be, but don't want to screw up and not have the room. I'm sooooooooo HAPPY.................

RE: FOOD FOR PA TRIP
Hi backache... thank you for doing all of this from the providing us a way to all meet, and getting this all organized. Del and I are bringing a 10-12 lb prime rib, so there may be lunch meat left over for the next day and that will cover the second days lunch if you would like...I could bump that up to 15-16 lbs. As it is now planned and if all the adults come that we are thinking may come there should be about 12-14 ounches each for supper. I am not sure if Del could find one at teh commissary any larger. I am also bringing spagetti for the kids or hamburgers, not sure as of yet. Also Del is bringing enough star bucks coffee, creamer, and sugar for everyone to have coffee while there. He usually makes it with a french press, but he will most likely have to buy another one or two to meet everyone elses needs. If you have a coffee pot there, he may want to do it that way.

As for the painting situation, I am going to make a schedule. I will not be teaching when I am painting for all of you while I am up there but you could paint with me if anyone wants too. However, I am planning a teaching class of some kind, morning, noon, and evening for 2 hours each while I am there. I may need to rest some, but not too much. I am going to try to do all the resting I need before I get there if possible.

Backache do you know the times for meal times so we all stay coordinated and I can then open class schedules and then if they want to paint, they paint, if they do not they do not. The only think I need to be rebursed for is for oil painint, except from the kids and you Backache. I do mean this backache, not from you. I will bring enough of everything. In terms of the acylic painting, only the cost of the surface each person wants and $2.00 for the book that I am preparing for everyone who wants one. It will have lots of information all organized in a booklet so that is why the cost, not the cost of the ink from the printer. So I truly need to know how many want one.

I have my gifts of course from Del and I. Are these gifts going to be man to man and women to women. I made one gift for a man so I wanted to know how this will work? If anyone has any needs give me a call and I will make it for cost only. Just let me know ok.

In terms of the t-shirts I have an idea and if you want I will start it soon. Just let me know. These t-shirts should not cost more than 6-7:00 each....just my cost and I will bring the receipts. But I hate to admit this ...I do not remember your size request. So please add it again to this thread and I will get my folder going to keep all the information so I don't loose it again. Is Blue ok for the color of the shirt. We can only use one color from this company that I am going to use to put the picture on the shirt. Also let me know if you want a V-neck or round neck women. I will bring to the castle and you can all pay me there. Do we want one for our mates to take a picture in. I need their sizes also. I have down loaded all of your avatars and am going to make something from all of that..... any way..I am long winded agan.

I am soooooo excited about coming. I can't wait to meet those that I have not had the pleasure to meet, such as Still and wife, backache and husband, and Cap and husband. Everyon else I met on my trip to Oregon. Love you all Red

RE: FOOD FOR PA TRIP
Hi Hun I am so happy. Anything that costs you I want to pay my share. I don't think you have ever been up against a bull headed German of my height before.....HA HA. Blue for the shirt is fine for us. Both
hubby and I wear large because I shrink everything so one V and one round neck. I want a book I don't know what you have planned but I want one. I have a coffee pot there and I can bring one from home also. I also may have a couple of pots to keep some warm while new is being made if needed. Our gifts can be for men or women so it doesn't matter whatever you want to do. As far as meals we can have them whenever everyone agrees on. If some people could bring paper plates and towels it would help with the lunch dishes so we can do other things. Please let us know if there are any diabetics in the group that have to eat at certain times. When you meet me you will know I can eat at any time any place. Please also tell me if I should have hubby put a handicap ramp up into the castle for a W/C. There are 3 steps up to the Castle to the lower floor that is why I'm trying to find out bedrooms since I know Still needs a downstairs room I have him downstairs Red you and Del are also downstairs. The rest have to go up to the upper floor to sleep or we can move furniture in the library and put your air mattresses there. I am also going to bring extra food just incase someone wants something. It's almost time.....We have been talking about this for so long I can't believe we are almost there. Tuffy and others who want to view wildlife we will give you maps of the area, don't worry you won't get lost and you can go early morning and late evening to see the elk. I do want to warn everyone that the elk calves are being born around that time so please stay away from them unless you can run 36 MPH, since elk can run 35 MPH.

GOD BLESS OUR COUNTRY AND OUR PRESIDENT!

All of you write a great deal faster than I do. By the time I write something there are 2 answers I didn't see. Jayne Babe I put you down for supper. Still anything you guys want to do is fine the breakfast will be great. I'm trying to get a head count so we know how much of everything to bring. Does anyone have extra folding chairs? I don't know how many we will need, but if you bring them I would appreciate it. Sweet I can't wait to meet you. I am so HAPPY about this trip I'm ready to burst at the seams. Or that could be the cheesecake I just ate ......LOL
