mental hospital
I was walking past the mental hospital the other day.And all the patients were shouting 13........13.........13.........13......, the fence was too high to see over, But I saw a little gap in the planks and looked through to see what was going on. Some fool poked me in the eye with a stick.Then they all started shouting 14.........14.........14......

I heard one similar to that. There was a man jumping on a man hole cover and was calling out 13, 13, 13, 13. So I stopped and asked what he was doing. He told me that it was really fun jumping on this man hole cover and then asked if Iwould like to try it. I said yes and started to jump on the man hole cover and the man pulls the cover off to the side and I went down. He replaced the man hole cover and started calling out 14,14,14,14.
