wondering if I have a case ?mandabul fracture of the face
am I entitaled money if so how much ? got assaulted by another employee on the job. |

if you lose time from work beyond your state's waiting period you should get disability payments.

At the Top of the Main Page of this Forum, You will find a Section for "Info. by State". You May be able to get some Info. from there, and Best of Luck on Your Healing!!

You might want to check to see if your state has a personal animus exception. In other words, if this guy just attacked you because he didn't like you, you might be out of luck.
