called a cple of attorneys they said u can look 4 work bin trying to look but
when asked who did i work 4 i tell them the company im on comp with since ive bin there 19 yrs dont ever think anyone will hire me if they call my previous employee.what to do bull.... them?

i would not lie about anything if they ask tell them,dont offer any info unless they ask.if ur old employer gives you a bad ref then talk to a attorney.if you done nothing wrong they should not give a bad ref.good luck.

Hi,
hurt at work is correct !
Simply do not offer that info unless asked. If during an interview they ask about your non working time lapse between jobs...then tell them. Also during an interview, when inquiring about job duty specifics...it is only fair that you tell the prospective new employer any restrictions you may have, and what your limitations are...but do not dwell on it.
