I'm really wondering if there is a compensation for the amount of stress the injury and the IC has/is caused

Torn miniscus left knee. Injured 11/2/06, operated in march. Post op is worse, possible RSD case, awaiting second opinion. No meds prescribed.

rod......talk to your attorney about it. Mine told me that stress, anxiety, depression brought on by injuries can be added. I opted not to since mine started with PTSD years before I was injured, has nothing to do with the injuries even though they caused a major flare up of my PTSD. That's just my choice. What stopped me from using it is that I wastold they will delve into your past and I din't want the reasons for my PTSD brought out into open forum. Best of luck.
