what to expect
lower back injury in early 90's 3 bulging 1 herniated, case still opened
recently company had a restructure my job description changed can't do the currenet job caused exacerbation . my case is in ny with special funds as the carrier have hearing end of month .. what will be expected at hearing? as i have not got any comp from them although they authorized mri and emg mri came back 4 bulging no herniated and emg was ok bin on meds since last july which they have bin covering. |

Sounds like job is no long meeting your past work restrictions from last injury. It just maybe, you need to have your medical & and restrictions for working updated, and then simply hand in the old one, with the updated one. Then complete your medical follow ups.
