IF,IF you come to a agreement in mediation done not sing anything until you have a attorney look over the agreement so you dont get the shaft.once you sing its binding and they win again.but you have to have a open mine going in to it also or it wont work they just want to save money.

Thanks for all the advice. TTD was cut off via the IC. I know they (WC insurance co) are trying to starve us out before mediation the end of the month.

I hope we can settle this.

Our atty will be in mediation along with us. We will not sign anything until we are sure that this is the right thing to do.

I feel we may take this to a hearing.

Any advice?
