on april 17, 2008 according to my attorney who sent me this Docket #104960 The supreme court of Illinois has made it possible for an employee now to sue their employer for retalitory termination
Gregory A. Smith vs. Waukegan Park District. all I can say now is AWESOME

Oh Bad boy he's not taking the case....but I suppose he's covering his but due to the statue of limitations....but do have another attorney who's going to handle it all eeoc and this..just got off the phone with her and it's a go for now...I'm dyslesic I hope I read it all right!!!!!
