Bummer I am so very happy for you. You had patience and waited and waited and finally all good is going to happen for you now. Unless the Judge gave the IC a certain length of time I doubt they could be penalized for dragging their feet which they all do. They did abide by his orders even though it seems like it took forever. Prayers for a successful surgery with a full, speedy recovery. Hoping you can get this scheduled soon. CAP

;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone.You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life,you have come out ahead of the game.....

I could do that, but if I send my kids to Jayne I would have to send my cats and the five 4-H pigs we got Monday night.

Failed Back Surgery, Chronic Pain, Totally Disabled. Knowledge is Power, Especially in the World of w/c. Learn as Much as You can about Your States w/c Laws, and don't Fight Battles alone, They Use Attorney's, and so Should You!! |
