tuffy im so glad for ya hubbie said tell ya to make your coffee like he has done (those good old days )just put some grounds and water in a little pan and boil them ,let the grounds settle and drink away i forgot to say it has to be on a wood stove LOL how many remember these days ?

I actually had a wood burning cook stove in my house......I bought it as a showpiece, but it got really cold one winter so I fired it up. The bun warmer could raise bread faster than anything I have ever seen. ....Told you I was a HICK........

monster..there you go again...funny... and you most likely mean it... I am a hick at heart as well... I may not have a large garden or do the canning any more... but there is enough food in my house at all times to feed at least 10 people for a couple of months...comes from living on a farm and driving so far to get your groceries...here it is just around the corner... habits are hard to break... and as I told you earlier today... I am a hick and very proud of it.... Red

Tweety we can all be one big happy family of Hicks. The funny part is we have a little village right up the road named Hicks Run......I use to work there in my younger days for the forestry.....LOL
