last nite I phoned and spoke to imsickofit he is in alot of pain and the IC is playing games with his meds...please we need to continue to keep him at the top of our prayers.......

He is always in mine, Jayne. I think of him everyday and wish I could help him in some way. I know he has trust issues here and Iunderstand that so I just keep praying for some relief from his pain and relief emotionally as I believe it makes all physical pain worse. God bles shim and his family. I will continue to pray for him and send good thoughts daily.

I wish you luck Im. So the adjusters can actually say they are not going to pay for a med if needed from the doctors script? How can they be able to go against what the doctors prescribe to you?

I know i had a hard time getting cymbalta accepted, but if they take away my pain meds, they will be paying for me to be out of work for sure.

Of course the insurance company needs to do their job and approve your medications.

Other resources have been posted on this forum to cover the cost of meds when the insurance company won't pay for them. I know other IWs have used these resource.
