Date of employment at Rayco Mfg. 11/8/89 as a sheet metal fabricator.

After working for eight years attending my job duties I acquired a RSI.

BECAUSE! Of my injury I filed a Workers Compensation Claim.
BECAUSE! Of my injury I have a bad back.
BECAUSE! Of my injury I hurt a lot.
BECAUSE! Of my injury I was placed on light duty.
BECAUSE! Of my injury I have a permanent 50 lbs. restriction.
BECAUSE! Of my injury I went through physical therapy.
BECAUSE! Of my injury I had to see a Spine Specialist.
BECAUSE! Of my injury I retained an attorney.
BECAUSE! Of this injury I was forced to change job positions and duties.
BECAUSE! Of my injury I was concerned for my health.
BECAUSE! Of my injury I was treated different from the previous years.
BECAUSE! Of the treatment after my injury I lost interest in my employer.
BECAUSE! Of my injury the treatment of my employer caused me to miss work.
BECAUSE! Of my injury I felt, Dr. Williams and Dr. Flanagan were not treating me in my best interest, I sought a new physician.
BECAUSE! Of my injury I had doctor's appointments that I would have not had if I were not injured.
BECAUSE! Of my injury I missed work for injury related appointments.
BECAUSE! Of my injury I was under great stress.
BECAUSE! Of my injury I have anxiety.
BECAUSE! Of my injury I have a permanent partial disability.
BECAUSE! Of my injury I acquired Major Depressive Disorder, Moderate.
BECAUSE! Of my injury I take Paxil.
BECAUSE! Of my injury I had to resign employment form Racyo Mfg..
BECAUSE! Of my injury I had to find a new employment.
BECAUSE! Of my injury I didn't tell my new employer I was injured.
BECAUSE! Of my injury I had to resign my new employment.
BECAUSE! Of my injury I went through Vocational Rehabilitation.
BECAUSE! Of my injury I was restricted to job opportunities.
BECAUSE! Of my injury I attended Industrial Hearings.
BECAUSE! Of my injury I missed work with Hofer Trucking.
BECAUSE! Of my injury I had loss of wages.
BECAUSE! Of my injury I have an MCO!
BECAUSE! Of my injury I have to deal with the MCO's games.
BECAUSE! Of my injury I have to deal with the employers games.
BECAUSE! Of my injury I was fired from Hofer Trucking.
BECAUSE! Of my injury I have to listen to thee employer lie.
BECAUSE! Of my injury I have had four MRI's.
BECAUSE! Of my injury I have to travel 80 miles to see my doctor.
BECAUSE! Of my injury my doctor wants to see me every six weeks.
BECAUSE! Of my injury I lost my home.
BECAUSE! Of my injury my credit is bad now.
BECAUSE! Of my injury I am mentally ill.
BECAUSE! Of my injury I live with my mother in law.
BECAUSE! Of my injury I have become distant from my immediate family.
BECAUSE! Of my injury I have seen two Psychiatrists.
BECAUSE! Of my injury I see a Psychiatrist every six weeks.
BECAUSE! Of my injury I see a counselor every other week.
BECAUSE! Of my injury I have to see IME's.
BECAUSE! Of my injury I am unable to enjoy playing with my children.
BECAUSE! Of my injury I am unable to work as I did in the past.
BECAUSE! Of my injury I do not enjoy sex.
BECAUSE! Of my injury my wife is very depressed.
BECAUSE! Of my injury I am on welfare.
BECAUSE! Of my injury I will have surgery some day.
BECAUSE! Of my injury my life sucks.
BECAUSE! Of my injury I have Major Depressive Disorder, Severe.
BECAUSE! Of my injury I have to find another attorney.
BECAUSE! Of my injury I typed this up.
This is all because of my injury..

I found that on a website I was searching last night. I thought it was very good, and yes he probably met a great bunch of people on a website just like we have. : )
